The next time you log in, you use the e-mail as username and use the password that you made the first time.
You can send in a complains about the fee within three weeks. Use the complaint form you received or send the complaint by e-mail or letter. Complaints are sent to the control boards that have applied the fee. Either the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the police or the Customs Administration. The complaint must be reasoned and attach that applies for your complaints.

If you are not going to use your tag in a new car, you can terminate your agreement on My page and get your deposit back. It will either be deducted from your final invoice if there is anything outstanding, or you will get it back onto your account within a week.

It could be that the crossing was not registered properly, causing an error. Unfortunately, this can happen on occasion. This happens at the picture crossings, where a system takes a picture of your plates and interprets the letters and numbers. They do this to bill the car for the crossing, but sometimes the system misreads the plate and therefore bills a different person.
If you have been billed for a crossing at a location where you have never been before, contact us by phone +47 22 98 40 00 or by chat so that we can take a closer look at the crossing. If the crossing is a system error, we will delete it and you will receive a new bill.
You only need to pay a deposit of kr 200 for the tag. The deposit will be returned to you when you cancel your agreement.

Note that the agreement and the tag is personal, and you can not change the name on the agreement.
