    Here you can find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions about AutoPASS.

    • How to log in

      The first time you log in, use your customer number and registration number. You find your customer number on your invoice. Are you a corporate customer you log in with a link sent to you by email from us.

      If you don't have Norwegian BankID:

      1.  Close the window "Choose identification method" 
      2. Go to "Don't have an account?" and press "sign up now" and write your e-mail to verify your user profile
      3. You will then get an email with an access code (new password)

      The next time you log in, you use the e-mail as username and use the password that you made the first time. 

       


       

    • I have been stopped in control and charged fee. how do i proceed with this matter?

      You can send in a complains about the fee within three weeks. Use the complaint form you received or send the complaint by e-mail or letter. Complaints are sent to the control boards that have applied the fee. Either the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the police or the Customs Administration. The complaint must be reasoned and attach that applies for your complaints.

    • How do i get back my deposit for my tag?

      If you are not going to use your tag in a new car, you can terminate your agreement on My page and get your deposit back. It will either be deducted from your final invoice if there is anything outstanding, or you will get it back onto your account within a week.

    • Invoiced for an unknown toll passing

      Sometimes an error occur, and the passings are not registered properly. This happens at the toll, where a system takes a picture of your plates and interprets the letters and numbers. They do this to invoice the correct car for the toll passing, but sometimes the system misreads the plate and therefore invoice the wrong person. 

      If you have been invoiced for a passing at a location where you have never been before, contact us by phone +47 22 98 40 00 or by chat. If the toll passing is a system error, we will delete it and you will receive a new invoice.

    • Costs of the AutoPASS-agreement

      The first invoice will include a deposit of 200 NOK for the toll tag. The deposit will be refunded when you cancel your agreement.

      Note that the agreement and the tag is personal, and you can not change the name on the agreement.
