Fremtind Service was ISO certified in 2019, a result of several years of quality focus.
Becoming ISO certified was an important goal for everyone in Fremtind Service summer 2019. The work on quality at all stages is not new to us, we have several years of quality focus when the ISO certificate is now hanging on the wall.
The value of a management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 lies in an ability to provide services that meets customer requirements and requirements in laws and regulations- every single day. The management system ensures that the entire value chain is taken care of. in a combination of process and line management. we avoid duplication of effort, ensuring that there is always someone who holds the relay pin, and by means of non-compliance, improvement measures are understood.
All employees have ownership of both the certificate and the management system and good suggestions are reported and are processed. A desire and commitment to continuous improvement of the company and our processes is strongly rooted in all employees.
