Do you have a question about invoices, passings or how to log in? Or are you wondering how you can make changes to your agreement? Here you can find answers to some of the questions our customers often ask us. 

Easy self-service

When you log in, you can easily add, change or remove a car to your agreement. You also get an overview of your agreements, passings, and invoices.

If you have an existing customer profile, you need to enter your customer number the first time you log in. Your customer number is located at the right, top corner of your latest invoice.

If you need help with something you can not solve yourself by logging in you can chat with us. Chat is staffed monday to friday between 08.00 and 18.00.

Contact form

If you have been charged for a toll passing you think is wrong or have experienced something else you think is wrong, you can send us a complaint. You do this by filling out a contact form.

Note! We can not make changes to your agreement based on the contact form. To make changes, you must log in.
