Here you can find the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about My page.

  • How do I log in to My page without a Norwegian electronic ID?

    The easiest way to log in to My page is with your Norwegian BankID. If you don’t have a Norwegian BankID, you log in with your username and password.

    The first time you log in to My page, use your customer number and car number to find your agreement. You find the customer number on your bill.

  • How do I log in My Page?

    The first time you log in, use your customer number and car number. You find the customer number on your bill. Are you a corporate customer you log in va a link send to you by email from us

    If you don't have Norwegian BankID:

    1.  Close the window "Choose identification method" 
    2. Go to "Don't have an account?" and press "sign up now" and write your e-mail to verify your user profile
    3. You will then get an email with an access code (new password)

    The next time you log in, you use the e-mail as username and use the password that you made the first time. 

     


     

  • How do I change my personal Information on the agreement?

    • Log in to My page
    • Click on the icon next to your name
    • Choose "Profile"
    • Here you can change your e-mail address, postal address and phone number

    The agreement is personal so you can not change the name or date of birth.

  • How do I terminate my AutoPASS agreement?

    • Log in to My page
    • Click "Remove vehicle"
    • Choose the tag or vehicle you would like to terminate
    • Click "Next" and follow the steps
  • How do I change the vehicle details?

    1. Log in My page
    2. Go to "Account", and under "Agreemnet overview" you find the vehicle that you want to chagne the vehicle details
    3. Click on "Se details" and then "Edit vehicle" 
    4. Chagne the vehicle details, and attach the registration document (with a scan/photo showing all the pages of the registration document)
    5. Click an "Edit vehicle"

  • How can I get an overview of the latest invoices?

    • Log in to My page
    • Click "Invoices" on the top the page
    • Here you see your unpaid invoices
    • Click "Archives" to see your paid invoices
    • Choose a periode and click "Show"
  • How do I change the car number?

    You can easily change the car number on My page.

    • Log in to My page
    • Click on the box "Move the tag"
    • Choose the tag or vehicle to be removed
    • Click "Next" and follow the steps to add information about the new vehicle
  • How do I add a car to an existing agreement?

    • Log in to My page
    • Click "Registrer a new vehicle"
    • Click "Next" and follw the steps
