Here you can find answers to our most frequently asked questions about self service.

  • Log in without a Norwegian BankID

    The easiest way to log in is to use your Norwegian BankID. If you don’t have a Norwegian BankID, you can log in with your e-mail adress and password.

    If you are receiving invoices from us you already have an agreement. The first time you log in, use your customer number and car number to find your agreement. You find your customer number on your invoice.

  • How to log in

    The first time you log in, use your customer number and registration number. You find your customer number on your invoice. Are you a corporate customer you log in with a link sent to you by email from us.

    If you don't have Norwegian BankID:

    1.  Close the window "Choose identification method" 
    2. Go to "Don't have an account?" and press "sign up now" and write your e-mail to verify your user profile
    3. You will then get an email with an access code (new password)

    The next time you log in, you use the e-mail as username and use the password that you made the first time. 

     


     

  • Change your personal information

    • Log in.
    • Click on the icon next to your name.
    • Choose "Settings".
    • Here you can change your e-mail address, postal address and phone number.

    The agreement is personal so you can not change the name or date of birth.

  • Terminate AutoPASS agreement

    • Log in
    • Under "Make changes", choose "Remove vehicle"
    • Choose the tag or vehicle you would like to terminate
    • Click "Next" and follow the steps
  • Change vehicle details

    1. Log in
    2. Choose the customer profile you want to make changes on.
    3. Click "Agreements" and choose the vehicle you want to change. You can also go directly to "Make changes" and choose to transfer or remove a vehicle.
    4. When choosing an agreement you will se the vehicles connected to the chosen agreement, and you can choose between transfer, edit and remove.
    5. Make your change.

  • Invoice overview

    • Log in
    • Click "Invoices" at the top the page
    • Here you can see your unpaid invoices
    • Click "Archives" to see your paid invoices
    • Choose a periode and click "Show"
  • Change the car number

    You can easily change the vehicles number by logging in.

    • Log in
    • Under "Make changes" you will find "Transfer tag"
    • Choose the tag or vehicle you want to remove
    • Click "Next" and follow the steps to add information about the new vehicle
  • Add a car to an existing agreement

    • Log in
    • Click "Add a vehicle"
    • Click "Next" on the following page to continue 
    • Follow the steps, and choose to add the vehicle to your existing agreement or a new one.
