The easiest way to log on to My page is with your Norwegian Electronic ID via ID-porten.
ID-porten is a common log in solution to public services. With ID-porten you can log in to more than 1000 different services from government agencies.
In order to use digital services from Norwegian public agencies, you must have an electronic ID (e-ID). You can choose between five different electronic IDs: MinID, BankID, BankID on mobile, Buypass or Commfides. An electronic ID confirms that you are who you say you are when logging into digital services.
Choose "Users outside Norway" and choose "New user". Register with your email and a password.
If you don´t see your account information straight away, you need to provide the email that you previously registered in our database when you ordered your tag, or the customer number and password that you used to log on to the previous My Page.
Sign in to My page. If you do not have an agreement, you will automatically be prompted if you want to create an AutoPASS agreement and follow the steps further. Alternatively, click on "Become a customer" when you're in My Page.
You can choose whether you want crossings details related to an invoice or period.
Under the "Invoice" tab of the menu on the left you will find the passages associated with an invoice. Find the current invoice and click on "Go to passages".
Under the "Passages" tab in the menu on the left you will find your passages. You choose which piece / vehicle you want to see the passages for and which period. You can choose max 30 days at a time.
Click "Export to File" to get the passports opened in Excel.
At the top of My page you can change the address by click on "Edit Profile". Here can you also change the phone number and e-mail address. To change your email address, click on the "Change" button to the right of the email field.
Remember that if you have more agreements, you must change the address of each of them. An overview of your appointments can be found in the drop-down menu at the top left.
On My page under the "Invoice" tab in the menu on the left you will find an overview of your invoices. Here will you also see the croosings and payment information.
If you need a regular copy of your invoices, we recommend that you create an e-invoice or e-mail invoice. Then you will receive an invoice sent as pdf either in the bank or by e-mail.
If you have more agreements, make sure that you have chosen the right deal in the drop-down menu at the top left corner.
If the agreement is not found in the drop-down menu, tap "Find agreement". There you will be able to retrieve your agreement either by entering the e-mail registered on the agreement or customer number and password from old My page. If you cannot find it yet, contact us and we will help you.
Under the "Tick" tab in the left menu, you can terminate your agreement by click on"Remove vehicle." Select which piece / vehicle is applicable and check if you want to reuse the piece or not.
If you keep the chip, you can use it on a new car later, then remember to register a new car number when applicable. If you check that it will not be used again, you will get back the deposit for the tag and you can throw the piece as electrical waste.
If you have paid all your invoices, the balance also shows crossings that are registered on your agreement after the previous invoice was sent.
Under the "Invoice" tab in the menu on the left you will find an overview of your invoices. You'll see which ones are paid, sent and unpaid. Here you will also find payment information and pass details by touching the check symbol to the left of the invoice number.
If you do not find your invoice, check if you are applying for the correct date. It can be changed in the upper left.
