You can send in a complain about the fee within three weeks. Use the complaint form you received or send the complaint by e-mail or letter. Complaints are sent to the control boards that have applied the fee. Either the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the police or the Customs Administration. The complaint must be reasoned and attach that applies for your complaints.

If you are not going to use your tag in a new car, you can terminate your agreement by logging in. Choose remove a car and follow the steps. The deposit will either be drawn from your final invoice if there is anything outstanding, or returned to your bank account within a week.

Order AutoPASS
There is no monthly fees or subscription costs.The first invoice will include a deposit of 200 NOK for the toll tag. The deposit will be refunded to you when you cancel your agreement.
You can easily add, transfer or remove a vehicle or change your customer details by logging in.
Note that the agreement and the tag is personal, and you can not change the name on the agreement.
